How to buy

Step 1 - Register with Sevengifts.co.za. 

Click on the ‘log in’ button on the right side of the page.

If you are a new customer, click on the ‘Create an Account’ button.
Enter your personal information.
You can always edit these details if they have changed at any given time.

It would be beneficial to you to subscribe to our newsletters to keep yourself updated on our fantastic promotions and offers. 

Step 2  - Locate the products you would like to purchase. 

Browse per brand or category.

To search, enter a phrase into the search box located in the navigation box (top, right hand).

The list of products can be sorted by product name or price and can be viewed in a grid or list.

You can refine your search by using the 'Shop By' option on your right hand side.

More details are available on products by clicking on the name or the image of the product.

Step 3 - Select the items what you want to purchase.

Once you have found your product, make sure about product detail like colour, quantity and size.
Enter the quantity required and click ‘Add to cart’.

This will take you to the ‘Shopping Cart’ page. 

If you would like to change the quantity being purchased, fill in the new quantity in the ‘Qty’ box and click ‘Update Shopping Cart’

You can remove an item by clicking on the button to the right of the product image.
To continue shopping, click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button, this will take you back to the product info screen.

If you are shopping with a discount or gift voucher, you have to enter the voucher code in the ‘discount codes’ box.  The amount of the voucher will be deducted from your ‘Grand Total’.

Step 4 - Check out

Almost there, you’re now standing in line at the cash register. The good news is that there will never be anyone in front of you!
Once you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart you can click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.

You do have a choice of shipping different products to different shipping addresses.  Great for Christmas Shopping.

If you are not logged in as a customer, you will be asked to log in.
If you are a new customer you have to sign up as a customer first and then click the ‘continue’ button under ‘Register’ on the left hand side.

Billing information -
Confirm your name and postal address.

Shipping information -
This is the physical address where your parcel is going to be shipped to. 

You can enter a second address, should you wish to.
If you want to make use of different shipping addresses for different products you have to go back to 'shopping cart' and click on 'checkout with multiple addresses'.

Shipping Method -
Choose between one the following methods:

1. Deliveries via the SA Post Office (counter-to-counter and insured) is 100% FOR FREE.  No additional charges.  Delivery time is normally 3-5 days, pending on stock availability.  Tracking number provided.

2. Door-to-door deliveries (with courier) are charged at a flat rate of R35.00.  Delivery time is normally 1-4 days, pending on stock availability.  Tracking number provided.

3. International parcels – DHL.

Payment Information -
You can pay either with:

1. Credit card.  We accept Master Card and Visa.  The company that handles our credit card payments is VCS (Virtual Card Services).  For peace of mind you can visit them on www.vcs.co.za.

2. Purchase order - you have to generate a purchase order number.  Use the date, your name and surname. 
As soon as you receive your invoice from SevenGifts, you can transfer the total amount electronically or pay the cash into our account.  Once the payment clears in SevenGifts account we post or courier your package.

For EFT and Cash Deposits:

 Order Review -
Once you are happy with your order press ‘Place Order’.

Step 5 - After checkout

You will receive an order number on screen that you can print.  You will also receive an email confirmation.

As we process your order, you will receive updated email notifications letting you know where in the  process it is.
